For sellers
The rules for selling on ChanceBlox - new sellers agree to them before they start. They keep buyers safe and keep the marketplace worth selling on. Break them and you can lose your listings, your balance and your seller account.
List an item only if it is in your Roblox account right now and you can trade it straight away.
When someone buys from you, it shows up in your Seller Hub. Message the buyer in Messages, agree a time, and trade them the item in game within 24 hours of the sale. A sale that isn't delivered in time can be refunded to the buyer, and that money comes off your balance.
Once the trade is done, mark the sale delivered from the chat and attach a screenshot of the completed trade (your Roblox trade history, or the buyer confirming they got it). The screenshot is required.
Buyers pay through ChanceBlox checkout, and only there.
An off-site deal is a permanent ban from selling and forfeits any balance you have.
Stay in the ChanceBlox Discord with your own username linked to your seller account, reply to buyers promptly, and answer us when we contact you about an order. If we can't reach you when a buyer disputes a sale, we side with the buyer.
You are responsible for your own trades, for following each game's rules and Roblox's Terms of Use, and for any tax you owe on what you earn.
Depending on what happened, we may remove listings, refund sales to buyers, hold or withhold payouts, or remove you from the platform - which blocks your email and your Discord from selling again and forfeits your pending balance.
